Return Policy

Based on Like or dislike -
All returns must be communicated to me and sent within 3 days. Meaning you know if you like it or not and didn't wear the item.

Damage -
A. If it comes to you damaged and insurance was added to the purchase (all items 25.00 or greater are automatically insured) then you must contact your carrier to start the claim process. Though I purchase the insurance when I mail it, the process has to start with where it was delivered and the owner of the item which is the buyer.

B. If the item is somehow damaged due to my work having a defect of some kind, within the first 10 days, please contact me immediately and let me know so I can arrange some kind of remedy.

I appreciate all sales and want everyone to be happy with the items that I make and sell, so please feel free to contact me about your purchase if you have comments of any kind.
